Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must remain unused and in original sealed packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and order details are required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage
  • Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)
  • Bulk or wholesale orders unless agreed separately

Return Process

  • Contact customer support via email or phone.
  • Provide order ID and images of the product.
  • Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  • If approved, instructions for return shipment will be shared.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless error is from our side.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
